Problem Note 40005: An error occurs in the SAS® Data Integratio Studio job log due to invalid truncate syntax for a SAS® Scalable Performance Date Server® table
SAS Data Integration Studio 4.21 generates a TRUNCATE TABLE SQL pass-through statement to truncate the rows in the target SAS SPDS table if this option is selected in the SAS SPDS Table Loader or standard Table Loader. This will produce the following error:
SPDS_ERROR: Parse Failure: #truncate table ...
SAS Data Integration Studio should instead generate SPDO proceedure syntax to truncate the target table.
