Problem Note 39954: Incorrect date and time formats might be generated when using "Send to Microsoft Excel" or "Export to Excel" in SAS® Enterprise Guide®

The options Send to Microsoft Excel, or Export, or Export as a Step in Project might generate an incorrect format for date, time, or datetime values when displayed in Microsoft Excel. This problem will most likely occur when a German version of Microsoft Excel is being used.
To circumvent the problem, use an English version of Microsoft Excel.
