Problem Note 39796: The "Remove From Queue" button does not work on currently running analysis jobs in SASĀ® Warranty Analysis
The Remove From Queue button works only on jobs that have not begun running. There are typically only a few seconds in which you can use the button to remove an analysis job from the job queue. Once the status of a job has changed from SUBMITTED to RUNNING, the button is no longer functional.
Although this limitation is noted in the SAS Warranty Analysis online Help system, many users expect to be able to cancel a job that is already running.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
