Problem Note 39713: Required SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server 4.52 hot fix removes JOIN optimization change
SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server 4.52 included an optimization change that addressed a STAR-JOIN WHERE-clause restriction. This change may cause additional problems that could result in a data integrity problem if your SQL JOINs contain post-WHERE clause statements.
To determine which version of SAS Scalable Performance Data Server you are running, follow the instructions in SAS KB0036131.
You should see a separate entry for the Scalable Performance Data Client, for the Server, and for the SMC plug-in.
If you are running SAS Scalable Performance Data Server 4.52, this hot fix is required.
