Installation Note 39671: Connection-refused-to-host errors occur if a firewall exists when you log on to SAS® Model Manager

If a firewall exists, you might experience errors similar to the following when you log on to SAS Model Manager:
Caused by: com.sas.apps.session.NetworkException: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: xxxxxx nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect com.sas.apps.session.Application.getApplication(Application.java:190) com.sas.apps.session.Session.getApplication(Session.java:487) com.sas.apps.session.Session.getApplication(Session.java:460)
If you are able to log on to SAS Model Manager, you will also experience timeout errors when you import models and perform other tasks.
