Problem Note 39526: Error opening a SAS® Enterprise Guide® project created in a different locale

When trying to open a project that was created in a locale other than the current one, you might get the following error:
SAS Enterprise Guide has encountered a problem. We recommend that you save your work and restart SAS Enterprise Guide System.FormatException ERROR: String not recognized as a valid DateTime value
