Problem Note 39389: Dynamic date values in a SAS® Web Report Studio report are not formatted correctly in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office running in a French locale

SAS Web Report Studio enables you to add dynamic text for date values such as "Date the data was last refreshed". When you display a report with one of these values in the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office that is running in a French locale, the date is not formatted correctly. Specifically, you will see a value similar to the following:
18163.0 at -3.15566599E8
