Problem Note 39277: An error occurs after you update a WHERE clause in an Emerging Issues workspace

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

An error similar to the following occurs after you update a WHERE clause:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: This field can have only 1
current values. Got values: [[CALL_CLASS_CD in ('01', '03', '06']] This
field:InputField(id=AOA80 name=Claims where clause parentGroup=EIFLTR seqNo=4
currentValues= possibleValues= lookupTable=null)

This problem occurs because commas in the WHERE clause are not handled correctly.

Example of a WHERE Clause with Commas

where Anloptattrid='A0A80' Name='Claimswhere' Value="CALL_CLASS_CD in ('01', '03', '06')"

When this problem occurs, the Emerging Issues Automated tab in the Administration workspace is not be available.

As a workaround, replace the commas with spaces.
