Problem Note 39276: Some SAS® Warranty Analysis reports do not update correctly when the display name is different than the unique user name in SAS® Management Console
You cannot update an outdated report with the Create new report option. If you update a report manually by right-clicking it and selecting Update with create new, the following message is displayed:
The platform does not have identities defined for the following user:
Please define them, with operating system credentials defined and re-run the operation you just attempted.
If you update a report by using the swaactivatebatchjobs.sas script, this message is not displayed. The reports are marked with lock icons, and new reports are not created.
If you run an analysis with a value of Created by for the Footnote analysis option, then the created graph does not show the user's display name. Instead, the graph shows the user's unique name. The expected behavior is that the graph should display the user's display name if the Created by analysis option is selected while you are running an analysis.
To work around this problem, set display name to the same value as the unique user name in SAS Management Console.
