Problem Note 39228: The Web application Key Risk Indicator color does not match the report color on boundary values in SAS® OpRisk Monitor
In SAS OpRisk Monitor, there is a Key Risk Indicator (KRI) report within the Reports tab. The report shows color representation of risk based on risk score data. For example, a valid scale could identify that RED (LOW) is 1-5, YELLOW (MEDIUM) is 6-10, and GREEN (HIGH) is 11-15.
KRI data within the KRI tab in the Web application will show the same information.
When a risk score value is on the border of a scale (for example, a value 5), the KRI tab shows the color for the lower scale (RED); however, the Reports tab incorrectly shows the color for the higher scale (YELLOW).
