Problem Note 39216: The validator and the business owner cannot view an attachment that is added in a risk

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, after an assessor adds an attachment and signs off on the risk, the validator and the business owner can see the link for the attachment. However, the attachment does not display when the link is selected.
