Problem Note 39103: A menu for a crosstabulation table is incorrectly translated when running SAS® Web Report Studio in a Russian locale

When running SAS Web Report Studio in a Russian locale, one of the menus that is available for a crosstabulation table is incorrectly translated. Specifically, the English word "Move" appears instead of the Russian word, as shown in the following display.
