If incoming data is sparse in an Emerging Issues process, the process might fail and PROC LOGISTIC might issue the following error:
ERROR: All data have the same response.
The problem occurs because the return code from PROC LOGISTIC is not handled properly. Even though this condition might hold only for a single, defined entity value, the Emerging Issues process does not register or update any alerts that are detected in the process run.
No workaround is possible.
