In SAS Customer Intelligence, when you select a user-defined field from an external list, the display value is actually published to the Common Data Model instead of the actual value.
This behavior is incorrect and will cause problems if you want to use that field to join to external tables.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, you must republish your campaigns because the Publish on Save feature does automatically republish the user-defined fields with the new information.
