Problem Note 39028: The error message "ERROR: Read Access Violation In Task [ RISK ]" is generated during risk processing
When you execute a risk analysis project, the following error and traceback might appear in the SAS log:

This error is known to occur when valuations are read during risk processing when an analysis project has more than one market state and requires counterparty scoring to be performed. There are no workarounds.
