Problem Note 39024: Methods fail to load when a long environment name is specified

When you register an instrument type, you might get a warning similar to the following:
WARNING: The method "PM_DBL_BINARY_BARRIER_OPTION" that was specified for the instrument type "DOUBLE_BINARY_BARRIER_OPTION" is not defined.
In this message, the method name is not the method name that you specified. This warning message is known to occur if the name of the risk environment is longer than 10 characters.
You can avoid this problem by using risk environment names that do not exceed 10 characters. Environment names are specified by using the ENVIRONMENT statement within the RISK procedure.
