Problem Note 39609: The local-provider error "The table could not be found or the index file is missing" occurs when you invoke the SAS Universal Viewer
When you invoke the SAS Universal Viewer, the following error message might be displayed:
Local Provider Error
The table could not be found or the index file is missing
The problem occurs when files that are accessible when you save the SAS Universal Viewer profile are not accessible when you open a new session of the viewer.
To circumvent this problem, make sure that the same files are accessible the next time that you invoke the viewer.
