Problem Note 39608: Exception returned when using the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office to refresh a graph that has been formatted in Microsoft Word

In Microsoft Word, when you format a graph created from a SAS® Stored Process and then attempt to refresh the graph content using the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office, you might receive the following error:
"Stored Process Name" encountered errors while opening the results. We can postpone the results by placing them in the Status window
When you check the log, the code appears to have refreshed properly and there are no errors.
When the error appears, you must choose Postpone or Abort to close the window and the graph is not refreshed.
This error occurs when you change the Text Wrapping or Wrapping Style graph format to any value other than the default format, and then you attempt to refresh the stored process content. You might have changed the format by following the instructions in SAS Note 18556, which explains how to move your graph output in Microsoft Word.
To circumvent the error, do not change Text Wrapping or Wrapping Style from the default value of In Line with Text.
