Problem Note 39528: E-mail messages that use a non Latin-based character set might be corrupted with characters from the same character set
In SAS® Digital Marketing, when you send an e-mail message that uses a non Latin-based character set (Estonian, for example) in HTML format, the resulting message that is received might be corrupted with other characters from that same character set. For example, the Estonian character ä might be replaced with the Estonian character õ.
This corruption can occur randomly in the text body or in retrieved data (for example, when you personalize the e-mail with a customer's name that is retrieved from a database).
