Problem Note 39513: Missing values cause an error when you use the BULKLOAD=YES option to load data in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Sybase IQ
In SAS/ACCESS Interface to Sybase IQ, when you use the BULKLOAD=YES option to populate a Sybase IQ table, problems occur if there are missing values in the input SAS data set. These problems result in the following warning and error messages:
WARNING: During insert: [Sybase][ODBC Driver]][Sybase IQ]Cannot
convert | 2005-03-2 to a date(4) (column xxxx)
ERROR: Error terminating BULKLOAD: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Sybase IQ]Cannot
convert | 2005-03-02 to a date(4) (column xxxx)
As a result of these problems, data integrity is compromised.
