Problem Note 39269: Some future dates imported from Microsoft Excel into SAS® Enterprise Guide® might not be correct
Dates after 2/28/4000 are handled incorrectly when imported from Microsoft Excel. Specifically, the dates are off by one day because of the way that the Microsoft Jet Engine handles leap years. Dates after 2/28/8000 are off by two days.
As a workaround, manually change the informat in the Import Task from date9. to mmddyy10.
