Usage Note 38977: The Details Table or Text Analysis fails and a red X displays as well as the message "Error creating Text Analysis output"
When a comment variable is used as a reporting variable, the Details Table or Text Analysis might fail if the input text data does not contain enough variation for text mining. A red X displays as well as the message "Error creating Text Analysis output."
This problem can occur if the comment variable contains the same string.
As a workaround, change the comment variable or change the data selection to provide more variation in the comments.
This issue is planned to be fixed in a future software release.
