Problem Note 38889: Data might display in the data grid as '2A2A2A...2A' in SAS® Enterprise Guide®

In SAS Enterprise Guide, data might display in the data grid as 2A2A2A...2A. The problem will most likely occur when you use either the RAW data type or the LONGRAW data type for binary data in Oracle. The underlying data and format, $HEX, are correct, but the data always displays incorrectly in the data grid as 2A2A2A...2A.
If your version of SAS Enterprise Guide is not 4.22.0.10229 or later, then click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue. After you apply the hot fix, contact SAS Technical Support for further instructions. Be sure to reference SAS Note 38889.
