No information is returned to the user interface after you select

A possible workaround for this issue is to increase memory on the client machine in the distudio.ini file from -Xmx256M to -Xmx512M or -Xmx1024M. In addition, the alert date filter (start and end date boxes at the top of the alert views) can be modified so that the number of alerts within the date interval is relatively small (ex: 1 day).
