Problem Note 38809: SAS® Enterprise Guide® 4.1 projects that contain OLAP cube definitions might be unresponsive when the project is migrated to SAS Enterprise Guide 4.2
When you attempt to open an OLAP cube defined to a SAS Enterprise Guide project that has been migrated from release 4.1 to release 4.2, your SAS Enterprise Guide 4.2 session might become unresponsive, and the cube might not open.
To circumvent this problem, you can create a copy of the project in release 4.1, delete any instances of OLAP cube definitions within the project, and then migrate the modified project to release 4.2. In release 4.2, you must then edit the migrated project in order to redefine the OLAP views that existed in the original project.
