Alerts might fail to display in the Alert views in SAS^® Regular Price Optimization. An error similar to the following might be found in the client log:

!MESSAGE An internal error occurred during: "Load Alerts".
!STACK 0
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

The error occurs when both of the following conditions are true:

1. When there is a locale mismatch between the server and the client machine or when the server connection is lost, the UI restarts itself and looses the Java VM parameters that are used to increase the heap size.
2. When the system generates a large number of alerts in the Alert views.

To work around this issue, add the following argument to the distuidio.ini file:
