Problem Note 38747: New functionality allows you to avoid entering a change reason when you approve Action Plans

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, you are required to enter a change reason when you approve Action Plans.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After applying the hot fix, a new monitor.actionPlan.validation.changeReason.required configuration option will be set to false by default, which turns off this requirement. Setting this option to true turns on this requirement.
