The SAS Digital Marketing E-mail Reply Manager incorrectly categorizes the replies received from e-mails that contain attachments. For example, soft bounce and hard bounce replies from e-mails should be appropriately categorized, but when these types of e-mails contain attachments, they are categorized as other by the E-mail Reply Manager.
