After enabling LDAP authentication, you might see errors similar to the following from the SAS Warranty Analysis portlets:
Invalid userid or password. An unknown error occurred while attempting to log into the Warranty application - Caused by: com.sas.analytics.mfg.warranty.core.error.client.WarrantyException: com.sas.analytics.mfg.warranty.queue.client.RunningException: Failed to get server connection for task - Caused by: com.sas.services.connection.LoginException: cxf.101.ex.msg: User is not authorized to use any puddles in this pool.
The problem occurs because the thin client is removing the at symbol (@) and anything that follows from the user ID.
As a workaround, you can set up host-based credentials for the user.
