Usage Note 38396: Using the SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server Table List Utility without a .spdslib11 file causes error message

If you use the SAS Scalable Performance Data Server Table list Utility (spdsls) to list the contents of a SAS SPD Server domain, and that domain does not contain a .spdslib11 file, the following error occurs:
ERROR:cannot open physical domain ...SPDS- Only LIBNAME owner permitted to create .spdslib11 file. Check owner permissions.
The utility aborts due to the unrecoverable error.
This problem is corrected with SAS SPD Server 4.4TSM10 and 4.5 TSM0.
