Problem Note 38374: An error related to AVL trees might be returned by OLAP queries

When an OLAP query is made against a cube that has member-level security, the following error might be returned:
ERROR: The requested tuple node was not found in the AVL tree. The requested tuple node cannot be removed - in the "NONEMPTYCROSSJOIN" function.
This problem will occur only after you apply Hot Fix E9BD03.
As a possible workaround, do not filter multiple members on a hidden dimension or on the slicer axis.
