Problem Note 38363: An error occurs in the BULKEXTRACT stream when you use SAS/ACCESS® Interface to HP Neoview with the BULKEXTRACT=YES option

When you use BULKEXTRACT=YES with SAS/ACCESS Interface to HP Neoview, you might receive this error:
ERROR: Invalid data format in BULKEXTRACT stream. Verify that the data does not contain the delimiter character.
The error occurs because the data contains just one double quotation mark.
