Problem Note 38353: Error messages appear on the Housing Units and Targeted Income Levels page after you click Next

When the Housing Units and Targeted Income Levels page is first displayed, the Total number of housing units* is blank. If you click Next, two error messages occur:
Error 1. Total number of housing units are required. 2. Total number of units must be greater than or equal to zero.
The message "Total number of housing units are required" also appears when you click Previous to return to the page and remove the value.
