Problem Note 38350: A Java NullPointerException occurs when you select any user search criteria

After you apply Hot Fix A23001, a Java NullPointerException occurs when you select any user search criteria, such as qualified by, modified by, or created by. If a loan is reassigned, the drop-down list for selecting a user is blank.
