Problem Note 38349: The user ID is exposed when you view the comments section of a Community Development System (CDS) loan

When a CDS loan is displayed in view mode, the user ID appears in any comments that are listed in the Comment History pane. The user name should be shown in view mode, not the user ID. Exposing the user ID presents a security risk.

This issue does not affect qualifier and review modes. The user name is displayed as expected in those modes.
