Problem Note 38348: SAS® Fair Banking lets you proceed after you select only one assessment area when processing a loan that is in a multiple-assessment area

Community Development System (CDS) loans are assigned an assessment area that is based on location. Some locations are covered by multiple assessment areas. When processing a loan in the Loan Workflow window, if you allocate such a loan to a single-assessment area, SAS Fair Banking does not post an error message and lets you continue in the workflow.
The software should not let you continue when incorrect selections are made.
