Problem Note 38284: An error might occur when you use the SAS® Customer Intelligence plug-in for SAS® Management Console to update metadata in an information map

When you use a SQL server data mart and update the information map metadata from within the SAS Customer Intelligence plug-in in SAS Management Console, the following error might be recorded in the SAS® Stored Processes log file:
417 +%maclear(&dblibname.); ERROR: Required operator not found in expression: &libstmt ne ERROR: The macro MACLEAR will stop executing.
This error occurs when the LIBNAME statement that is passed to the MACLEAR macro contains an opening "(" or closing ")" parenthesis.
For example, the following LIBNAME statement would generate this error:
