Problem Note 38009: Sequence numbers might reset to 0 after you migrate from SAS® Customer Intelligence 5.1 to SAS Customer Intelligence 5.3
After you upgrade and migrate SAS Customer Intelligence 5.1 to 5.3, the automatically generated sequence numbers that are used by various objects within SAS Customer Intelligence might reset to 0. The numbers might also reset with a new SAS Customer Intelligence 5.3 installation if a Mamisc.Sequence table already exists and is in SAS 9.1.3 format rather than SAS 9.2 format.
This is a serious problem because it could result in the generation of
duplicate sequence numbers.
If duplicate sequence numbers are generated, then the sequence table will need to
be manually rebuilt. Contact SAS Technical Support for assistance if you need to rebuild the sequence table.
