Problem Note 38909: A blank screen appears when you enter non-numeric characters in the Base Amount field
In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, you should receive a validation-error message when you click Save after entering non-numeric characters in the Base Amount field on any screen where the field is editable (for example, the Incident Event screen). Instead, you will see a blank screen containing only the Log Off and Help links at the top of the page. You can click the browser Back button to return to the original screen and correct the problem. The log file contains the following message:
Error Message: Not a valid number
Error Code: 500
Target Servlet: action
Error Stack:
com.sas.oprisk.framework.server.OpRiskFrameworkError: Not a valid number
