Usage Note 38875: "Unable to edit or save item" in SAS® BI Dashboard when saving a change to the size of a dashboard
In SAS BI Dashboard, you might receive the following error message when you attempt to save changes to the height or width of the dashboard:
Unable to edit or save item, reason message: DashboardSaveException: Edit or
save of item: <Indicator Name>, by user: <userid> not allowed.
This error can occur even though you are a member of the Dashboard Users group.
As a workaround, after making a change to the height or width in the Dashboard Layout tab, click Cancel to exit the window. No error will display, and the size settings will be saved.
