Installation Note 38855: The products listed under the SAS Installation Data file during the install might not all appear on the Deployment Summary page

All of the SAS Foundation products are installed collectively under the name SAS Foundation and appear that way in the panel of the SAS Deployment Wizard:
During installation if updates are applied, the individual SAS Foundation products will then be itemized and appear on the Deployment Summary panel. If a SAS product does not have an update, you will not see it listed on the Deployment Summary panel.
For example, on the "Licensed SAS Foundation software" panel you see the SAS\ACCESS
Interface to Aster nCluster and SAS\ACCESS Interface to Greenplum products:
On the SAS Deployment Summary, you will not see either of these
products listed:
If you then double-click and run C:\Program Files\SAS\deploymntreg\sas.tools.viewregistry.jar Deployment Registry report that gets created (DeploymentRegistry.txt), you will notice that both of these products display version number 9.21. If these products had been updated, the display version number would be 9.21_M# (For example, 9.21_M2).
Notice the SAS\ACCESS Interface to Aster nCluster and SAS\ACCESS Interface to Greenplum are at 9.21. Notice that SAS/ACCESS Interface to DB2 is at 9.21_M1 and is on the Deployment Summary screen.
