Problem Note 38601: Error when trying to display RTF results in SAS® Enterprise Guide®
One of the following errors might be generated when you attempt to display RTF results in the SAS Enterprise Guide 4.x Results Viewer and the client machine does not have WINWORD.exe:
The file associated with this view could not be accessed.
Word is not available to display this RTF file.
This file may not display correctly without Word.
If you need RTF results and your PC does not have WINWORD.exe installed, close the Results tab, and then run the task again to create the RTF results without errors. Then, from the Process Flow window, you can export or send the RTF results, which can then be opened from a machine that has Microsoft Word installed.
