Problem Note 38474: The search icon is disabled under "Selling Dealer Information" in the Edit Product Selection dialog box
The search icon is disabled under Selling Dealer Information in the Edit Product Selection dialog box. For example, to search on country go to Selling Dealer Information ► Selling Dealer Group Selection ► Selling Dealer Country. You will see that the icon for the search option is disabled.
A fix that was included in 41WARNTY01 was incorrectly implemented and search options are not available here.
