Problem Note 38473: The rich client becomes unresponsive after you delete a project from the Project workspace in SASĀ® Warranty Analysis
After you delete a project from the Project workspace,
the rich client stops responding in SAS Warranty Analysis.
Any further actions that you attempt in the Project workspace also do not respond.
The diagnostic client shows a
DeleteProjectCommand running in the interactive jobs.
The deleted-project job eventually times out without deleting the project.
The problem occurs because the
util_deleteAnalysisFiles.sas file occasionally gets caught in an infinite
loop that is caused by a loop variable that was incorrectly reset by another macro.
After the
DeleteProjectCommand times out, the rich client functions correctly again.
