Usage Note 38430: Exporting BY groups from a SAS data set to multiple Microsoft Excel or text files

Programs are now available that enable you to export BY-group values from a SAS data set to multiple Excel Workbooks or text files.
The two programs:
- bygroupexporter9multifile.sas—used for exporting by groups to multiple Excel files
- bygroupexporter9multifiletxt.sas—used for exporting by groups to multiple text files

Two new programs are available that enable you to export BY groups from a SAS data set to either Excel files or text files. you can also modify the text exporter for other formats such as SPSS or STATA.
