Problem Note 38283: Name and label do not appear in table of contents when using ODS Report Writing Interface
When using the LABEL attribute in the TABLE_START() method to customize the text in the table of contents, the default entry text appears rather than the customized entry text.
This affects output created by the ODS Report Writing Interface.
