Problem Note 38237: Caching might result in unexpected behavior in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal
As a result of caching, you might experience unexpected behavior in the SAS Information Delivery Portal. For example, after logging in, you might see a cached copy of a page instead of the page that you requested. The caching can occur at a proxy server or at your browser. Here are recommendations to prevent caching issues.
- For Internet Explorer, check that Every time I visit the webpage is selected under the following location: Tools ► Internet Options ► General Tab ► Browsing history ► Settings.

For the proxy server, have the proxy server administrator check to make sure requests for the Portal are not cached.
