Problem Note 38211: SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit 2.1 - The %cst_registerStandard macro could generate errors
The following error messages could be generated when you try to run the %cst_registerStandard.sas macro in SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit:
ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for file _CST3291.STANDARDS.DATA.
ERROR: Unable to get lock on the global metadata data sets
ERROR: _CST3291.STANDARDS.DATA is not locked by you.
ERROR: _CST3291.STANDARDSASREFERENCES.DATA is not locked by you.
These errors can occur when permissions are not set correctly. You need to make sure that your user ID has Write access to the Clinical Standards Toolkit Global library (for example, "c:\cstglobal").
Note that if you are running this macro in SAS® Clinical Data Integration, the user ID that you supplied when you submitted the job is the one that requires access to the global library on the workspace server. This is usually a Clinical Data Integration Administrator.
