Problem Note 38077: Drill-through to detail from the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office is limited to the first 1000 records
The SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office limits a request for drill-through to detail to the first 1000 records. This limit can be avoided when using Microsoft Excel 2007 or later by overriding the default setting of 1000 records imposed by Microsoft Excel. To do this while the PivotTable is active, perform these steps:
- On the PivotTable Tools ribbon, select Options.
- Select Change Data Source ► Connection Properties..
- Increase the value of the option Maximum number of records to retrieve.
- Click OK.
- Click Refresh.
- Right-click in the PivotTable in the cell on which you wish to drill through, and select Show Details.
