Problem Note 38029: Attempts to view the details of a SASĀ® Customer Intelligence business context fail with a null pointer error
When you try to view the details of a business context in the SAS® Customer Intelligence plug-in for SAS® Management Console, the following null
pointer error occurs:
javax.ejb.EJBException: EJB Exception: : java.lang.NullPointerException
com.sas.analytics.crm.custdata.datapattern.VerboseInformationMap.navigate(VerboseInformationMap.java:178)
at com.sas.analytics.crm.custdata.datapattern.VerboseInformationMap.navigateText(VerboseInformationMap.java:167)
There is no workaround.
